PAYMENT TERMS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Once you've committed to consultations, we are in this to win this, together. For single consultations, these are to paid for in advance of our conversation, so we can focus on the matters at hand. For 3 and 6 month packages, these are paid in advance in full, or paid for in two payments. 50% at booking and the remaining 50% half way through our agreed to timeline. For 3 month packages, the remaining 50% will be due at the 6 week mark. For 6 month packages, the remaining 50% will be due at the 3 month mark. All travel costs incurred are initially paid by Live Good Live Well and reimbursement by the client is due within 48 hours of booking. In all instances of travel, the best route will be taken for the method in terms of time/cost. If travel must be cancelled due to client requirements, a 50% of the cost penalty will be incurred.
