Sully+Proper, Purveyor of Handmade Goods

Sully is my fun loving, easy going, emotionally attached Labradoodle. Proper is the way our interactions with others ought to be, the way etiquette governs life to be and often the best way to live. Sully isn't very Proper, and this name represents a balance of life.

To make things is to experience creativity. I enjoy making things and buying things from people who make them.

Some of the things I like to make are:

Laundry wash
Small leather goods: wallets, coasters, keychains, card holders, notebook covers, iPad sleeves
Bad jokes

The Makers Movement is a beautiful one, people are getting back to doing things the right way. By hand, with love, from their creative loins. To be in it is a dream come true.

Things of convenience are not at all what I find to be enjoyable in life. Home cooked wholesome foods, charcoal filtered water, organic teas and coffees, grass fed beef, farm raised chicken, cooking from start to finish is an empowering feeling that so many have given to fast food chains and then to hospitals and the deathcare system.

Take the time to locally source your food, give making your own things a go, and support local businesses and the Makers Movement. Spend from your heart, vote with your dollars, control what you can and accept what you can't.
